McDonald's in Wittenburg

Wrong burger packed at McDrive ...

The waiting times are extremely bad in Wittenburg. Closed restaurant and with only 3 cars almost 10 minutes waiting time

Due to the pandemic, but a long wait. The staff does everything to keep the waiting times as short as possible.

Ordered a veggie menu with chips yesterday evening at around 8:00 p.m., had to wait a long time, but ok. the burger was freshly made and good ... ... but the fries were so cold ... I then complained about it and got a pejorative look. Then within 10 seconds I got a new fries ... ... which was just as cold as the first ... ... complained ... ... then the shift or restaurant manager interfered, what about the fries ... "... they are just as cold and wobbly as the other two ..." With contemptuous looks I got the 3rd serving, which was just as cold as the others before ... ... complained again ... Once again the gentleman interfered and then after another 5 minutes I finally got a fresh, hot portion of french fries (the 4th !!!), as one can and may expect ... So be careful in McDrive times ... ... normally you are gone before you notice it ...

Was there once, something was missing so not so good

We go there at irregular intervals. Food tastes good. Often use mcDrive.

Drive thru saves our hungry stomach during Road trip.

I think it's a shame that we often don't get what we ordered e.g. today we ordered a chickenbocks and many sauces. At the chickenbocks there were only nuggets in it at first and when I was inside again there were definitely no chicken wings afterwards. That wasn't even all. When we were at home we noticed that there wasn't a single sauce, which I think is a shame. But it still tastes good.

Currently only Mc Drive but went fast despite the long queue. Unfortunately forgetting things again when ordering is unfortunately standard in Wittenburg.

McDrive is open. MC nugget menu + cappuccino with sugar ordered. Cappuccino was of course without sugar and the cola was just watery (water / syrup mixture wasn't right at all).

Good drive in, quick and friendly. Gladly again.

Sometimes you're lucky and sometimes you're unlucky with the food, we've been unlucky twice, we've already had a hair in a Big Mac twice

The otherwise so good coffee specialties are in the bottom drawer here. Where is the so often vaunted system catering and the standards? Can only be due to the staff. Never again.

Bad-tempered, incompetent, unfriendly service. Milk and sugar for my coffee were only available after discussion. McToast was cold even though I had to wait 5 minutes for it. No customers in front of me, but wait 3 minutes until you can even order. I would have liked to have been informed that my order in the menu would have been cheaper.

It was 11:08 p.m. (McDonald's closes at midnight) and we wanted to quickly order something from the McCafé on the way home. But that was not possible because it was already closed and the employee sent us to the other cash register. There, after a long wait, it was not possible to place the order because the cash register did not accept the entry, according to the employee. In the lobby the chairs were already up, the cleaning trolley and other utensils were distributed, and the guests were no longer allowed to sit. The exit from the A24 to this restaurant was not worth it!

In itself a friendly and fast service, except for one. The receptionist absolutely did not go. Although she didn't have to do anything else, except to let the customers in and the people were much more stressed with the service, she was extremely sloppy, even yelled at us because we didn't seem to get in quickly enough, and couldn't say hello or goodbye or anything else What. As I said - the service was very friendly and fast, but the one at the entrance is absolutely wrong in her job. I come from sales myself and if we have employees like that, they are thrown out.

TS and cheeseburger lukewarm, service decisive, but nice. Compared to Mc in Norway, huge Corona Geäff. The boss yells at his employees in the back, `` shut up, '' that was the only positive thing. Lively activity in the afternoon and only found by the motorway sign, was not shown in the navigation system. There are much better Mc's

Usual McDonald's. Well-filled house, despite everything, a quick drive-in.

Half an hour of waiting on Friday morning at 7 a.m. for two coffees? I don't think that's possible at all. The three employees were completely overwhelmed with three customers. Then things were also sold that were not in stock. Good organization looks different.

I'm not really into mc Donald's or burger King. Still the burger was cold and the cashier didn't really undestand English. Got the order wrong but didn't pay for the wrong things.

Due to various diseases, it is not possible for me to wear a mask. Of course I have a medical mask exemption. Although I showed them I was expelled from the restaurant and was not allowed to order anything. Catastrophic untrained employees! Absolutely not to be recommended!

the slowest serving of coffee i have ever had. on a Sunday morning. not sure why it was this slow. also i couldn't find the latte in the screen so i could only order regular Americano. all in all not a place i would stop by next time i visit Berlin

To crowdy

Quite busy as it's one of the few Mickey D's along the A24. Electronic ordering available and you can even order from your phone. Our order came fast and seating was available although the place looked packed.

Too long waiting time 1 hour and than we are done!.! ??But good food ??
